At Avenir Collection, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact support@avenircollection.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
