Refund Policy

At Avenir Collection, each piece is carefully selected and released in limited quantity. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@avenircollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a resolution, items must remain unused and in their original condition.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
